Returns
We will be happy to refund / replace any tables that are received defective or broken or become defective within 14 days of delivery. We require visual confirmation of a defective table before we can initiate a return, this can be in the form of digital camera photos or if this cannot be accomplished then the customer must return the table to us in the original packaging and we will cover the cost of this return shipment.

to report a defective table. Please put "Return/refund" in the subject line and please include all your contact information. If you ordered one of our tables through another vendor you can put the return in through us but please include the name of the store or online store that you purchased the table.
